PRE & POST CARE
Perm
Stay calm about coming to your appointment with squeaky clean hair; we will wash it prior to service with a deep clarifying shampoo. Please wear not-your-Sunday-best; as much as we try, we may get you a little wet. After service, you must not wash your hair for 48-72 hours. This is of the utmost importance. You may rinse or spritz your hair, but do not shampoo within that time. Be sure to use hydrating, curl shampoo, conditioner, & styling products that are free of all the nasties to ensure the longevity of the perm.
Brazilian Blowout
We will wash your hair several times before treatment with a clarifying shampoo, so do not worry about coming clean. We have several keratin treatments and will choose the best one for your hair type. Follow the artist's direction on when to use the first shampoo following the service, as each treatment differs.
The only shampoo and conditioner you use must be 100% sulfate-free. Sulfates strip your hair of the keratin treatment. Please use professional products advised by your stylist. We want to ensure the longevity and integrity of your hair. Again, we want to ensure the best return on your investment in your hair.
Please tell your colorist when you have a Brazilian Blowout or Keratin Treatment. We suggest receiving color before a Brazilian Blowout.
